Bison Flex Tape Pro

Structure
Bison Flex Tape Pro is a P-marked, reinforced construction foil tape/all-round tape with very strong adhesion. The tape consists of LD polyethylene coated with an acrylate adhesive. The tape is UV-resistant and approved for indoor and outdoor use. The ageing resistance is very good.

Area of use
Bison Flex Tape Pro is primarily used to air- and moisture-proof joints and penetrations. The tape has good adhesion to PP foils (non-woven), PE foils, windbreak boards, facade boards/fiber cement boards, aluminum boards, wood boards, OSB boards, gypsum boards, non-waxed cardboard and a number of other surfaces.

The tape is approved for sealing air & vapor barriers. It is also approved for sealing Bison House Wrap. The tape is also designed to fit Bison House Wrap Pro, Bison House Wrap Vent, Bison VCL / VCL Variable, Bison Permeable Roofing Underlay / Permeable Roofing Underlay 175 and Bison Roofing Underlay. The tape is ideal for joints, penetrations, repairs and seals over staples/nails.

Environment
The tape contains no solvents, heavy metals or halogen.

Considerations
The surface must be clean, dry, smooth and grease-free when applied. The tape is elastic. When applied, the tape should not be stretched unnecessarily as it always tries to return to its original shape.

Storage
The tape should be stored at + 5° – + 25° C for best adhesion. The tape works well against cold surfaces at very low temperatures as long as it is stored as recommended before use. The tape should be stored so that it is not exposed to UV light.
